1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MindGlow.ai application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our application or services.

You acknowledge that these Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and MindGlow.ai, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MindGlow.ai. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use MindGlow.ai with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

By using MindGlow.ai, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• If you are under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

3. Your Account

Account Creation

To use certain features of MindGlow.ai, you may need to create an account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

Account Information

You agree to keep your account information up-to-date. We may send important notices and communications regarding MindGlow.ai to the email address associated with your account.

4. App Usage and Restrictions

Permitted Use

MindGlow.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our application for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use MindGlow.ai in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of MindGlow.ai
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of MindGlow.ai
• Use MindGlow.ai to send spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of MindGlow.ai
• Collect or harvest any information from other users without their consent
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use MindGlow.ai in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the service

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Premium Services

MindGlow.ai offers both free and premium subscription services. Features available in each tier are described in the app.

Subscription Terms

By subscribing to our premium services:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Subscription fees may change upon renewal. We will notify you before any price changes take effect

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Free Trials

We may offer free trials of our premium services. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, if applicable.

6. User Content

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to any content you create, submit, or display through MindGlow.ai ("User Content"). By providing User Content to MindGlow.ai, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all User Content you provide and represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate the privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights of any person
• Your User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable

Content Monitoring

We do not actively monitor User Content but reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Feedback

If you provide feedback about MindGlow.ai, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction and without compensation to you.

7. Intellectual Property

MindGlow.ai and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

MindGlow.ai name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

The app's AI-generated content is our intellectual property, though your personal data and inputs remain your property as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MindGlow.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• MindGlow.ai will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• MindGlow.ai is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using MindGlow.ai will meet your requirements

MindGlow.ai does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content and services are for informational and self-help purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall MindGlow.ai, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use MindGlow.ai
• Any conduct or content of any third party on MindGlow.ai
• Any content obtained from MindGlow.ai
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past six months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to MindGlow.ai immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use MindGlow.ai will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the application or delete your account within the app settings.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, may provide additional notice such as through the app or via email.

Your continued use of MindGlow.ai after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using MindGlow.ai.
